In 1992 when we first became a Sea-Doo dealership our owner, Jeff Stoddard had a Sea-Doo PWC that had been at another dealer for 3 weeks in the middle of the summer. Jeff made a commitment to himself that his customers would not wait that long for repairs.
Jeff started by building the largest Sea-Doo parts department in New England. You can have the greatest technicians but without the parts a repair gets delayed and the unit gets moved out of the shop and work stops. Then came training. 2 Factory trained and authorized service technicians are always on staff at J&M Camper & Marine. One tech has 20 years of Sea-Doo experience and the second has 15 years under his tool belt. Experience makes the difference. New and untrained technicians don’t have knowledge of older products and issues.
